Problem:

Create a simple yet effective onboarding experience for a new product, ensuring that users could easily understand its features while allowing the product to adapt to their needs from the start.

Solution:

1. Combine the account creation process with a brief survey to streamline onboarding and gather initial user preferences.
2. Users are then guided through creating their first bot and previewing how it works, providing immediate hands-on experience.
3. Introduce the user to a personalized bot that we've created based on their survey responses, with the option to start using it right away or create a new one at any time.

Problem:

Many people don’t know how to recycle or feel like they could be more knowledgeable about it.

Solution:

Create an app that is easy to use and uses a user’s camera to identify and categorize waste materials for proper disposal. The app educates users through friendly, visual feedback and empowers better recycling habits.
